Every Direct Seller wants to recurit more team members and sell more product! Here are my Top 7 Network Marketing Tips to grow Successfully.   Let’s dive in.

You’re in the right place if:

  • you want to get more clients without the hustle.
  •  you have one struggle after another that pops up and you just can’t seems to hit that next level no matter how hard you try.
  • you struggle with fear and doubt in your business, and you need that inner mean girl to just shut up and let you be awesome.
  • you work and work, but feel like it is always one step forward and two steps back.
  • you have half *ss habits that are holding you back, you know they are there, but haven’t benn able to replace them long term.
  • You want to be more confident in business and in life.

1.  Silence Your Mean Girl

We all get that critical inner voice that shouts out like a junior high girl. I’ve gotten to know mine inner mean girl quit well over the years. She is pretty chatty when I let her run wild.
For years, I let her run the show. I didn’t even question it. I thought I didn’t have a choice. I believed her ugly words and let me tell you… she worked a number over on me.
Friend, It is pretty much impossible to have a thriving successful life when you constantly being punched in the gut by your inner critic.
When I learned to calm that nagging voice, and chose my own thoughts my success changed. It went from struggling to nothing less than amazing.
I was a process of thought work, awareness, and changing my old program. Want to know more specifically how I did it schedule a strategy session with me and we can chat.

2. Don’t fake it

There is no such thing as fake it till you make it. That doesn’t work. People can sense when you are not being genuine. Think about it. You can tell from a mile away when someone is feeling nervous or uncertain. The key is not to fake it, but start taking steps to actually step in to BEing the entrepreneur you want to be.

3.  Service

Work your business as an act of service. Stop using your business to get what you want, and start asking how you can be used to help others. I find many desires become fulfilled, without struggle and manipulation when you move into acts of service.

4. Confidence

Confidence is attractive. Like dating, networking is about attracting your soul mate. (Client or customer in your case.)
Confidence also increases the buy in to you as an expert and solidifies your trustworthiness.
Also, when you feel confident you are more likely to take on bigger challenges. So if you have BIG Life changing goals, then confidence is key. And I mean real internal confidence. The kind of feeling of being empowered and self assured.

5. Abundance Mindset

Scarcity Mindset

I win, you lose. When you have a scarcity mindset you might believe there are only so many customers to go around and if you take some that means less for me.
Common things you might say with a scarcity mindset will say are:
“I don’t have enough time,” “I can’t afford to give,” “Why did that happen TO me?”
It comes from a place of lack, fear, stress, and greed. One who holds this mindset will never have enough, no matter how much they objectively have.

The opposite of that is the Abundance Mindset

This is the I win and you win mindset. There are enough clients and customers for everyone.
Common things you might say with a mindset of abundance mindset are:
“Failure is a learning opportunity,” “The possibilities are endless,” “This is happening FOR me.”
Those with an abundance mindset vibrate on a frequency of prosperity, generosity, and trust which attracts more abundance into your life.

6. Stop Comparing

Comparison is the kiss of death for having the mindset of a high achiever.
We are each on our own private journey, and let’s just all agree that being an entrepreneur is a journey. They is no arriving to success. Just new levels and new goals.
Comparing yourself will not propel you forward, if anything, it will feed the mean girl in your head and leave you feeling like an imposter.

7. Let it be easy

It doesn’t have to be hard! It may take some time, commitment, and old fashioned work, but it doesn’t have to be hard.
When I was in a place with my network marketing business that every conversation and every interaction seemed to be a struggle I had to make a decisision that I wasn’t going to work that way.
I chose to instead design my business in a way that is simple and easy. Easy to me being stress free and enjoyable.

So, friends the key to becoming a high achiever is to build habits like the successful people.  Of course there are dozens of habits needed to up-level your business, so this week we covered three ways.  Watch the blog for more tips to come.
